How to read this run
- Country chips are backed by verified production-location text. Countries seen only through a company headquarters are listed separately — an HQ address is not a production site.
- Companies with no verified production location carry an explicit "HQ location — production site unverified" flag.
- Locations we could not confidently resolve are kept as their original text and marked "location unverified" — never silently dropped, never guessed.
- There are no percentages. Our data says who could be in a stage and where — presence, not market share.
- Empty stages stay visible with the recorded reason the map stops there.
