Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

We collect your email address, display name, and the supplier names and documents you submit for screening. We also collect usage logs (page views, screening events) for product improvement.

2. How We Use It

Submitted data is used exclusively to run FEOC compliance screenings on your behalf. We do not use it to train AI models or share it with third parties outside the data providers required to perform screenings (GLEIF, SEC EDGAR, Perplexity, etc.).

3. Data Storage

Screening results and uploaded documents are stored in Google Cloud (Firebase Firestore and Google Cloud Storage) in the United States. Documents are retained for 12 months after your last activity.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use Firebase Authentication session cookies. We may use product analytics (e.g., PostHog) to understand feature usage. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting privacy@verdex.app.
